We are a leading builder and contractor in Tamilnadu constructing high rise buildings, Apartments and quality houses. “Shree Saiprasanthi” was started by Shri.V.Viswanathan and Er.R.V.Sankaranarayanan 30 years back, achieved so much of Apartment projects namely, Shree Sai Prashanthi apartments, Sharadha Krupa apartments, Mahalakshmi apartments, Sai Krishnan nivas, Sai Kanna apartments, etc in Tirunelveli successfully. Shree Saiprasanthi was the first concern to promote and introduce apartment concept during late 90's in Tirunelveli.
Jeyes Builders, the group Concern was started by our partner Er.R.V.Sankaranarayanan during the year 2003, successfully undertaking all government Civil Construction projects in P.W.D, Railways, Corporation as Class I Contactor. Still we are doing Big Projects for NABARD, RMSA School buildings, Taluk offices, Court buildings, RTO offices, CTO offices, Railway Station buildings, Gauge Conversion projects of Railways and many projects.
Sri Selvamuthukummaran builders company was formed during the year 2015, undertaking some big contract works for the esteemed customers and Constructing houses and Promoting Flats.
